Full-Time Administrative Assistant (In-Office)
Busy Workers’ Compensation Defense Law Firm seeking entry level, computer literate, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant. Full time, in office position, with growth opportunity.
Description:
Assist and perform clerical assignments provided to you such as, but not limited to, data entry, composing and sending emails, timely follow up, maintaining important deadlines and calendar, telephone and email communication with attorneys and outside constituents.
Qualifications:
· Must be computer literate. Comfortable using various software applications.
· Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail a must.
· Must be able to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
· Work in a fast-paced office environment.
· Good working knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel.
