Our free after-school programming serves elementary and middle school students across multiple sites, focusing on Life Skills, STEM, literacy, art, and leadership.

Position Overview

Girls Inc. of Greater Miami is seeking a passionate, self-motivated, skilled individual to lead our After-School Debate Club (Bold Voices) for girls in 6th-8th. Dates will be shared in advance. This position begins in September and concludes in May, with the goal of getting girls to a weekend-long debate tournament in April (dates and details TBD).

  4. Communication: Maintain regular communication with site staff, families, and the Program Director regarding program updates, challenges, and successes.
  5. Logistics and Preparation: Prepare all materials and resources in advance, including digital tools, visual aids, and other supplies.
