Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day agricultural operations, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Implement and uphold quality control standards.
• Oversee inventory management and procure necessary supplies.
• Work with grain and agronomy products, providing feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
• Some experience in agricultural operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of farming practices and equipment.
