Our Service technicians learn how to document service actions by completing paperless forms and interacting with the team. During the training process the candidate will receive $18 to $19 per hour based on mechanical skillset, a company issued Silverado truck by their second month of employment, a stocked inventory with fast moving replacement parts, a cell phone for company use, and a laptop to remain paperless. The second phase of the candidate's employment, they will move into a salary of $40k annually plus 8% commission on all their repair work. Dick Van Dyke Inc also awards technicians with a $500 monthly bonus based off performance and achievement.
