Attorney - Spanish Speaking Attorney - Spanish Speaking

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Attorney who is fluent in Spanish to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal representation in litigation, divorce, and personal injury cases, while effectively communicating with Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings
  • Draft and review legal documents and agreements
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Advise clients on legal rights and obligations
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with Spanish-speaking clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in litigation, divorce, and personal injury law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
