Job Description

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and possess exceptional organizational and administrative skills? We are currently seeking a highly motivated Automotive Service Scanner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: - Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Scanning repair orders into our storage software. Requirements Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus. - Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. We are a company that strongly believes in growth! This is an entry level position leading to a path of growth within the company. Pay scale is from $16.50- $20.00 Umansky Auto Group
