Job Description
Currently hiring PROFESSIONAL short haul/Regional Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers
Mostly hauling steel coils, sheet plate steel and other commodities from/near Mobile, AL State Port.
Monday -- Friday work week with some occasional weekends and/or overnight deliveries when required.
Assigned trucks "12-15”
Paid Training:
Orientation is in Mobile for 1-2 days then 1-2 weeks in truck training depending on experience with flatbeds.
Job Requirements:
Must be 23 years of age or older.
Class A CDL with 2 YEARS VERIFIABLE tractor trailer driving.
Must have a clean MVR. No more than 3 points & no more than 1 accident within the last 3 years.
Must pass a drug screen, DOT physical and background check.
Has a valid commercial motor vehicle operator's license issued only by one State or jurisdiction.
Is not disqualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle under the rules in 49 CFR 391.15
Experience:
Flatbed experience is preferred.
Must have or be able to obtain TWIC Card.
STABLE WORK HISTORY!
No Flatbed Experience, no problem. If you have the following:
Class A CDL with 3 YEARS VERIFIABLE Tractor Trailer Driving experience and have driven in the last two years, give us a call. We can train you for flatbed.
Pay rate and benefits:
Average $800 to $1250 per week
