Project Manager – HVAC / Plumbing

Location: Phoenix AZ

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 annually (DOE)

Status: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Occasional weekends and evenings required

Travel: Required to local offices and job sites

Overview:

Great Basin Staffing LLC is urgently seeking an experienced  Project Manager to lead and coordinate commercial HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects. This role requires a self-starter who can independently manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of HVAC/plumbing/process piping projects
• Lead client communications, proposals, budgeting, and change orders
• Oversee labor coordination and project scheduling
• Ensure contract compliance and cost control
• Support recruiting, mentoring, and internal collaboration across departments
• Conduct site visits and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC or plumbing project management ($50K–$25M+)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and develop client relationships
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
