Location:Central and Eastern Time Zones Only (No NYC)
Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonusfor qualified drivers (Up to $2500 for Dry Van & Up to $5000 for Flatbed)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and safety-consciousOTR CDL A Driverto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a clean MVR, no accidents or violations in the past 4 years, and a desire to stay on the road and rack up miles. Key Responsibilities:
Run 2000-3000 miles per week
Drive within the Central and Eastern Time Zones(No NYC)
Safely transport customer freight,Dry VanandFlatbed- NO Hazmat
Complete regular inspections and follow all safety procedures
Ensure proper paperwork is submitted, including logs and inspection reports
Follow all DOT regulations and company policies
What We Offer:
Dry Van- $0.55 cpm, that includes $0.05 for Safety.
Flatbed$0.65 - $0.70 cpm (based on flatbed experience), that includes $0 .05 for Safety. That is yours to keep as long as you are safeSAFETY is the KEY!
Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonusfor qualified drivers
Per Diem pay(non-taxable)
W2 Employmentwith weekly direct deposit pay every Friday
Excellent benefitseligibility starting the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
$2,500 Referral Bonus(restrictions apply)
Detention pay, Breakdown pay, and additional pay forgood inspections
Home timedepends on your location and time out on the road
Access to2023, 2024, and 2025 trucks(Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, Volvos) - all with inverters and refrigerators
Flatbed drivers with 5+ recent years experience -NEW 2025 Freightliner or Volvo
Automatic trucks governed at 68 mph on the pedal and 69 mph on cruise
Fuel account withLoves
Partner withPenskefor truck maintenance
Requirements:
ValidCDL
Minimum of2 years (24 months) of OTR experience, preferredno more than 3 job in the last 1 year
Must be23+ years old(per insurance requirements)
ValidMed Cardrequired
Clean driving record with no accidents or violations in the last 4 years
Ability to run2500-3500 miles per weekon average
No NYCroutes
Ability to pass a DOT background check and drug test
