Construction Laborer/Entry Level Equipment Operator -- Weekly Pay -- Starting Quickly

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am-5pm and 7am - 3pm on Saturday

We're hiring experience construction laborers who may be interested in getting into heavy equipment operation. The position is local to Lincoln!

Responsibilities

• Will be expected to run a shovel to clean up areas where excavators are loading trucks
• Run water trucks, street sweepers, and skid steers.
• Will be laboring about 80% of the time but this is a great entry level spot for people that want to move into primary equipment (dozer,
• excavator, loader).
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily site goals

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on construction experience
• Some experience with water trucks, street sweepers or skid steers preferred
• Knowledge of jobsite safety practices
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
