Job Title: Data Entry ClerkJob Description

We are seeking a diligent Data Entry Clerk to join our division, focusing on processing international orders with precision and urgency. This role involves collaborating with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely documentation. The ideal candidate will be analytical and comfortable working in situations with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Process international orders with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Multitask effectively while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Utilize analytical skills to work efficiently in ambiguous situations.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in data entry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong clerical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with order entry in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to think critically and work reliably under pressure.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office environment with a flexible start time between 7:00 and 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Professionalism is required as you will be working in a shared office space.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Camarillo, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
