We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Integrity Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy of cost and allowance data across our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong back ground in data entry and administrative support, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Category Business Managers with item setup, discontinuations, cost/vendor changes, and item maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve store-reported discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
• Audit reports related to cost, item attributes, taxability, WIC/SNAP eligibility, funding, and store authorizations.
• Accurately set up new items and vendors, and manage product discontinuations.
• Fulfill promotional price extension requests from the category team.
• Meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience in a professional setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Exceland experience working with spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a retail or merchandising environment.
• Familiarity with data auditing and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
