What will you be doing?

As our Email Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for driving our email marketing strategies to enhance our brand's impact, engagement, and reach. You will create, implement, and refine compelling email campaigns that align with our marketing objectives and resonate with our audience. You will also collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Craft compelling copy for email communications, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Optimize email templates for user experience and ensure they are mobile?friendly.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data?driven improvements.
• Grow our email list by identifying and targeting relevant audience segments.
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams (product, sales, creative) to create cohesive marketing materials.
• Stay up?to?date on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and digital communication.
• Analyze and report on the success of email campaigns using key performance indicators such as open rates, click?through rates, and conversions.
• Troubleshoot email deliverability issues to ensure messages reach our target audience.
• Conduct market and customer research to create engaging content that speaks directly to our audience's needs.

What will you bring?

• 2?3 years of experience in email marketing and/or copywriting.
• Hands?on experience with ActiveCampaign or similar email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with high?ticket sales funnels and a track record of driving conversions.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Ability to identify and solve email tracking and deliverability issues.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team?oriented mindset.
• Strong problem?solving abilities and adaptability to a fast?paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
