Job Description

Our client, a leading producer in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the quality control department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Fresno, CA

Pay Range: $18–$20/hour

What's the Job? Must have EXOERIANCE 

• Learn and apply analytical testing methods and lab procedures.
• Operate and calibrate lab instruments (e.g., pH meters, spectrophotometers, HPLC, gas chromatographs).
• Test raw materials, in-process, and finished products for quality compliance.
• Record and report test results; prepare charts and graphs as needed.
• Conduct microbiological, sanitation, and environmental monitoring tests.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Enology, Microbiology, or related field preferred; OR 2+ years of lab experience with 2 years of related college coursework.
• Laboratory testing and equipment handling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM and 10-key by touch.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
