Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group Northridge is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established outpatient clinic in Northridge, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, mission-driven environment focused on comprehensive primary care and population health. Opportunity Highlights

• Full-time, outpatient primary care position at a busy, multi-specialty clinic
• Collaborate with a team of experienced family medicine physicians and APPs
• Provide care for patients of all ages , with a focus on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic disease management
• Conduct routine exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
• Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in a team-based, patient-centered care model
• Supported by on-site lab, imaging, and specialty services
• MondayFriday schedule, no call or weekends required

• Salary Range :
• Nurse Practitioner Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 annually + productivity incentives
• Physician Assistant Salary: $135 - $150,000 annually + productivity incentives
• PSLF Eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current and unrestricted California NP or PA license
• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
• 1+ years Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Commitment to providing compassionatet care to a diverse patient population
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

$64.90 - $74.51 /hour
