Qualifications: -Valid cosmetology or barbering license in the state of employment (required). -Previous experience in a salon or barber shop setting is a plus, but not required. -Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients and coworkers. -A passion for providing outstanding service and creating a positive experience for every client. -Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a fun, upbeat atmosphere. -Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
