Job Description

As the Head of Product Management at Maxinsights, you will join as a founding team member responsible for driving our commercial growth and partnerships in the robotics and embodied AI ecosystem. This role requires a unique mix of entrepreneurial hustle, strategic insight, and domain knowledge in data, robotics, or autonomous driving. You will help shape Maxinsights GTM strategy, establish our flagship customer relationships, and scale our revenue pipeline while working closely with the CEO and CTO.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Communications & Account Management

  • Lead direct communication with flagship customers and key accounts.
  • Gather product feedback and data requirements from researchers, engineers, and decision-makers.

Program Management

  • Drive program management and execution initiatives for major accounts.
  • Ensure delivery of training-ready datasets within timeline and budget.
  • Collaborate with engineering to design products aligned with customer and market needs.

Technical & Market Expertise

  • Apply technical knowledge in autonomous driving, robotics, and robot learning to guide product development.
  • Identify emerging product opportunities within embodied AI and robotics ecosystems.

Go-to-Market & Marketing

  • Collaborate on product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
  • Represent Maxinsights and showcase products at leading industry events (ICRA, RSS, CoRL, GTC, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Background: 5 years in product management, customer-facing, or strategy roles in robotics, autonomous driving, or AI.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong technical background in robotics, robot learning, or autonomous systems.
  • Track Record: Experience working with global technology customers, defining product roadmaps, and delivering successful products.
  • Network: Established connections in robotics, AI, or autonomous driving ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Education: MBA, MS, or equivalent experience in engineering, product management, or related fields preferred.
