HOSPITAL VALET ATTENDANT - Full-time. Monday -Friday. AM & PM shift flexibility. $13/hour plus tips. Eligible for benefits including health insurance, life insurance and 401kElite Parking Services of America is searching for our next star! In this position you will assist clients with their vehicles using a proven service model that we will teach you. No experience necessary. Flexibility in schedule is a plus. Summary / Objective
Valets are responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and friendly service to patrons utilizing the valet service. Valet Parking Attendants are responsible for performing pre-existing damage inspections, greeting customers, parking and retrieving vehicles, organizing vehicles and keys, managing parking area (directing traffic, delineators, etc)
Essential Functions
• Ability to remain upright throughout an entire shift
• Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with guests
• Ability to operate motor vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions
• Organizational skills to ensure that keys are easy to retrieve and vehicles are simple to locate
• Ability to move quickly to reduce the wait for guests
• Knowledge of the area to answer guests’ questions
• Communication skills to interact with other Valets and provide instructions to guests
• Ability to move heavy objects to aid in the loading and unloading guests
