Position : Immigration Paralegal

Duration : Full time & Direct Hire
Client Notes : We are seeking a candidate with solid EB-5 experience — ideally two to three years or more. While our preference is for someone onsite, we are open to considering exceptional candidates who wish to work remotely, particularly from California.

Job description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Immigration Paralegal. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including legal document preparation, conducting research on immigration issues, assisting with visa applications, and supporting attorneys in immigration law matters. The position requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in  Business immigration law 3+ Years of experience
• Proficiency in  legal document preparation, including forms and applications
• EB-5Experience preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
