Badger State Staffing has an opportunity to join a dedicated team as a full-time Industrial Liquid Painter. We’re seeking a meticulous and experienced professional to execute high-quality liquid coating applications on diverse industrial parts. Your expertise will be crucial to ensuring the durability and aesthetic appeal of materials ranging in size.

Primary Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by thoroughly cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
• Apply industrial liquid coatings using spray guns and other specialized equipment, ensuring precise application, optimal thickness, and superior finishes
• Mix paints and coatings accurately to achieve desired consistency and color
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products to guarantee they meet company and client standards
• Maintain and troubleshoot painting equipment and booths to ensure peak performance
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper use of PPE
• Collaborate effectively with the production team to achieve production targets and deadlines

Available Shifts:

• First: Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Second: Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM
• Overtime: is based on production needs and will extend the shift to 10 hours when required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach for extended periods
• Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
• At least one year of experience as an industrial liquid painter, specifically working with spray guns and various coating types (e.g., epoxies, urethanes, enamels)
• Demonstrated ability to prepare surfaces thoroughly and apply coatings to precise specifications
• Solid understanding of paint chemistry and the ability to accurately mix, thin, and tint various industrial coatings to achieve desired consistency and color
