Serving a diverse community of over 600 students from Kindergarten – 8th grade, our teachers and Instructional Aides collaborate with each other to educate our students to a high standard, in both academics and character. We strive to form our students to be PEARLS : P eople with strong character, E ffective communicators, A ctive Christians, R esponsible citizens, and L ifelong learners.
St. Matthew’s has a supportive parish community, and community of school parents, who partner with us in forming saints and scholars. We have a multitude of resources available to support all staff and to set up our teachers and aides for success.
We are a double class school; teachers have partner teachers to work and collaborate with, as well as full-time instructional aides in each classroom from K-5th grades. New teachers and instructional aides have access to a strong yearlong mentorship program, as well as access to ongoing professional development tailored to individual and communal needs. Teachers and Instructional Aides collectively have access to a generous classroom supply fund to utilize for materials and supplies for classroom enrichment beyond your provided basic classroom supplies.

Salary: $18.00-$28.00
