What You'll Do

• Consistently deliver dishes that meet CCC's standards for quality, cost, eye appeal, and flavor.
• Collaborate with dining service personnel during daily line-ups.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and issuing food items.
• Check mise en place before service and ensure every plate leaves the kitchen to standard.
• Contribute to the production of daily specials and menu changes.
• Recommend maintenance and upkeep needs for kitchen equipment.
• Work across all kitchen stations with confidence.
• Lead the creative process in menu specials.
• Apply knowledge of food costing, scheduling, and ordering procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in sauté, broiler, modern cooking, and plating techniques.
• 5+ years of cooking experience in a resort, hotel, or high-volume restaurant (preferred).
• 2+ years in a lead line cook or similar leadership role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• ServSafe certification.
• Flexible schedule, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
