Job Responsibilities

The Maintenance Base Coordinator will impact PSA Airlines' growth by providing day to day coordination of administrative and office support for maintenance leaders as well as unionized team members at our bases. This position will handle payroll, document filing, and office supply management. This position will ensure ideal working conditions for our maintenance personnel and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have 2 years' experience working in an office environment
• Previous experience processing payroll
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to speak/read/write in English
• If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the US.

Preferred

• Experience working with a unionized environment

Additional Information

Delegation: In absence, responsibilities delegated to Manager of Maintenance.

Authorities: None

Supervisory Responsibility: This is not a supervisory position.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
