Unlike your average IT team that simply administers technology, we are looking to transform IT into a strategic partner that delivers real impact to the business by delivering innovative solutions. As the Incident Response Manager, you will be responsible for developing a structured company wide and cross-departmental approach to IT and non-IT incident response encompassing preparation, detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident activities. Your purpose is to minimize damage caused by incidents such as data breaches, system failures, or non-IT events to ensure overall business continuity.

As a result, you will be one of the critical change agents within KDA.
