About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated Entry-Level Mathematics/Statistics Graduate to join our team in downtown Dallas, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Mathematics or Statistics to apply their skills in a dynamic, real-world environment. You will work directly on projects that support problem-solving and optimization across various areas of the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze quantitative data to identify trends, solve complex problems, and support decision-making.
• Use statistical and mathematical techniques to develop models and provide insights into operational challenges.
• Assist in interpreting and visualizing data to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams on data-focused initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to analysis and recommendations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through data exploration and applied mathematics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field from a US-based ABET accredited university.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 required.
• Strong foundation in applied mathematics, statistics, and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Must be able to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
