Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to perform assembly tasks on auto injectors. The successful candidate will follow all current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly on auto injectors following SOPs and WIs.

• Feed parts into the machine that completes the assembly process.

• Perform final packaging of the product.

• Visually inspect devices post-assembly to ensure they are properly armed and document findings.

• Receive and distribute supplies within the manufacturing area.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment for the production of clinical and commercial pharmaceutical products.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with inspection, cleanroom procedures, hand tools, blueprints, and production in a medical device context.

• Proficiency in visual inspection and documentation.

Work Environment

You will work in a clean manufacturing environment, specifically a clean room. Proper attire includes a lab coat, hairnet, beard net (if applicable), shoe covers, safety glasses, and a mask. All team members must wear pants or have legs covered; shorts, skirts, or dresses are not permitted unless legs are covered. Close-toed shoes are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
