Job Title: Medical Receptionist

Location: Hillsboro, OR (onsite)

• 2111 NE 25th Avenue, Hillsboro, OR 97124 (Majority of time will be spent at the location)
• 2501 NE Century Blvd, Hillsboro, OR 97124 (Only as an as needed basis to go to this location)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Duration: 4-month contract-to-hire

Pay Rate: $22.00-24.44/hr

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of receptionist, administrative assistant, etc. experience
• Must have 2+ years of experience in a hospital, healthcare, medical setting
• Proficiency with Epic
• Experience with registration, insurance verification, demographics, & referrals
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Dependable, team-oriented, and flexible in a fast-paced environment

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Medical Receptionist to support employee health operations onsite at Intel. This role is ideal for a team player with strong customer service skills and a background in medical office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients at two onsite health locations (Site 1: 75–120 patients/day; Site 2: 40–50 patients/day)
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
• Verify insurance, demographics, and referrals using Epic
• Handle workers’ compensation documentation and referrals
• Accept and process payments related to past visits
• Support daily front office operations and maintain a welcoming environment
