Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and professional Medical Front Desk Support team member to join our practice starting September through the end of December, with the potential for a long-term opportunity in 2026. This position is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent patient communication, and organized back-office support.

• Greet and communicate with patients in person and over the phone

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Manage patient communications, mailings, and faxes

• Maintain accurate reports and records

• Provide general front desk and back office support as needed

• Temporary assignment from Mid-September - End of December

• Preferred schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays

• Interviews to be scheduled approximately 3 weeks from now

• Bilingual in Spanish required

• Previous medical office/front desk experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable with scheduling systems and handling multiple tasks in a busy environment

• Temporary role: $19 - $22 per hour (based on experience)

• Long-term opportunity: If mutually interested, this role could transition into a Back Office Manager
