We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator at West Woods of Bridgman, a 92-bed facility located in Bridgman, Michigan that offers short-term rehabilitation rooms as well as extended nursing care beds. The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for administration, strategic planning and supervision of the clinical and non-clinical operations affecting the delivery of care and services to promote optimal functioning, independence and autonomy of our residents.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A current, unencumbered Michigan Nursing Home Administrators License
  • At least two years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
  • High level attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills
  • Demonstrated abilities related to financial management, planning, problem solving, quality improvement and regulatory knowledge.
  • High levels of energy with a high dose of optimism & positivity
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple activities
  • You must be comfortable jumping right in and handling tasks as needed, asking clarifying questions
  • Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency required.
