Job Description:

• Contract Length: 6 months, with potential for conversion or extension based on performance
• Location: Charlotte, NC
• Pay Rate: $46/hr

Overview:

This position supports Treasury Sales Officers, Implementation Advisors, and Treasury Services Specialists with onboarding new Large Corporate and Commercial clients implementing complex Treasury Services products within the US and Canada. The individual must have broad and in-depth knowledge of payments, receipts, reporting services, and data transmission protocols to effectively consult with clients, explain available options, and gather requirements for service implementation. Supported services include treasury and cash management services, such as positive pay services and ACH transactions, including fraud detection and understanding file formats.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish connections between systems for clients.
2. Explain file formats and manage the work process from Sales to Implementation Advisors, acting as the project lead.
3. Participate in client calls to ensure system compatibility.
4. Guide clients through system setup and file transmission processes.
5. Support 20+ products and services, starting with 1-2 and expanding knowledge over time.
6. Serve as the primary technical contact during implementation, advocating for clients with product teams.
7. Build trust and confidence with clients to ensure excellent service during complex implementations.

Must-Haves:

• Experience or foundational knowledge of data transmissions, including XML files, EDI processes, and setting up transmission channels (e.g., 200 payments per file, STP,
• Understanding of complex file structures common in banking or supply chain contexts.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills for supporting internal teams and external clients.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-paced environment with minimal oversight.
