About the Role:

Garrett Painting, LLC is looking for reliable and experienced Subcontractor Painters to join our team on various residential and light commercial projects. We value strong partnerships with skilled subcontractors who take pride in their work and consistently deliver high-quality results. Core Responsibilities:

  • Complete residential and commercial painting projects, both interior and exterior

  • Follow provided work orders and project specifications

  • Maintain professionalism and quality workmanship at all times

  • Communicate effectively with our team and clients

  • Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of professional painting experience

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to handle a variety of painting projects independently

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time efficiently

  • Experience with both interior and exterior work

  • Must have your own tools, equipment, and transportation

  • Ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently

Requirements:

  • Valid business license and insurance

  • Reliable transportation to get to jobsites

  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

  • Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish

  • Must be punctual and dependable
