Overview

Title: Real Estate Manager
Location: 545 San Antonio RD, Mountain View, CA 94040
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Work Setup: Onsite
Assignment Duration: Through 1/9/2026 (possible extension)
Potential Conversion to FTE: Yes

Work Environment / Client Nuances

• Responsible for 6 different budgets at one site
• Mixed-use buildings (variety of property types)

Team Overview

• Works with 1 other onsite team member (Assistant Manager)

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Walk the property and oversee daily operations
• Manage and coordinate with vendors
• Approve and review invoices
• Bid out necessary services
• Review leases and participate in leasing calls
• Enforce lease rules and regulations
• Handle overall property management functions

Required Skills

• Budgeting: Ability to read and interpret budgets
• Vendor Management: Experience coordinating with multiple vendors
• Written Communication: Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with mixed-use buildings

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in property or real estate management
• Education: Bachelors Degree preferred (Associates acceptable)

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite
• Comfortable learning P2P platforms and other internal systems
