Daily work involves assisting with the maintenance of office records and client files, greeting and assisting clients both in office and over the phone while providing prompt and courteous service.
The right candidate will be experienced in handling administrative duties and supporting management within the office. They will be comfortable working as part of a team, and on an individual basis. The right candidate will be ambitious, with a proactive approach and a strong commitment to excellence.
They will possess exceptional organizational skills, will be friendly and professional, with a strong commitment to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Most importantly, the right candidate will be solution oriented and driven by the desire to be part of a team who is working toward a common goal. Back of house position that requires cross training at multiple reception desks. Willing to work at different offices if needed.
