Job Description

The candidate will assist with developing and supporting new immigrant Information Systems. The candidate will work with business users and management to interpret and translate agency policies, business rules, and requirements into appropriate solutions. The position emphasizes understanding of agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira. Additionally, it is required that the candidate has entry-level Salesforce experience and understands basic system admin configuration and terminologies.

DETAILED LIST OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, decompose high-level information into detail, and abstract from low-level information to a general understanding. Possess working knowledge of Salesforce workflows and processes and be capable of resolving low to medium level support tickets. Possess working knowledge of Jira, capable of creating tickets and running standard reports. Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce out-of-the-box configuration and customization. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of Data model, architecture, and reporting. Assist with testing, project coordination, and communication. Willing to learn and train as a Salesforce Advanced level developer. Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Must have Salesforce System Administrator Certification.
