Location: Houston, TexasJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $80,000 - 90,000 per yearHybrid - onsite Tuesday-Thursday.This agency is seeking an elite Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and a passion for challenging themselves. This hands-on role involves collaborating with a diverse team of creatives, marketers, and developers to elevate client brands and marketing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing design solutions to life with pixel-perfect precision, adhering to strategic marketing goals, and demonstrating mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite. This position offers the opportunity to work with clients who are making a significant impact in global supply chains and climate change initiatives.Responsibilities:Utilize a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a high-quality final product.Learn and thoroughly understand each client's business, market, and target audiences.Create a variety of brand-driven channel executions for clients across different platforms.Collaborate on marketing campaign development from concept to execution.Execute the development of sales and and marketing assets that align with client objectives.Collaborate with, support, and mentor other designers, offering feedback and guidance on design execution.Maintain high standards of quality across all design work.Collaborate across the organization to elevate standards of digital creativity.Qualifications:Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and experience in design, visual, interactive, or UX design, with 10+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency environment.Portfolio: A strong online portfolio showcasing your work is essential.Design Expertise:Demonstrated knowledge of industry-standard design processes, methods, and tools, including mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite.Understanding of web design methodology and standards.Knowledge of interface and user experience (UX) design best practices for all screen sizes and devices.Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in brand development, typography, color theory, page layout, and iconography.Strong understanding of motion graphics is a plus.Creative & Problem-Solving: Excellent creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset.Adaptability & Collaboration: Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment, with a proven ability to work within a cross-functional team and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and drill down to a customer's requirements.Industry Awareness: Demonstrated knowledge of design and technology trends.Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail.Skills:Visual Design Mastery: Expertise in visual design, aesthetics, and pixel-perfect precision, with a strong portfolio to demonstrate capabilities.Software Proficiency: Advanced mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of industry-standard design tools.Brand & Web Design: Deep understanding of brand development, typography, color theory, page layout, iconography, and the methodology/standards of web design, including UI/UX best practices across devices.Strategic Thinking: Ability to bring design solutions to life that adhere to marketing strategies and business goals, with an appreciation for creative strategy.Collaboration & Mentorship: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams (designers, art directors, marketing, copywriters, developers) and provide mentorship and feedback to other designers.Problem-Solving & Creativity: Excellent creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with an innovative mindset to overcome challenges.Communication: Strong communication skills to understand client requirements and articulate design solutions.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, with exceptional attention to detail.Industry Awareness: Keeps up-to-date with design and technology trends.Motion Graphics (Plus): Understanding of motion graphics.JOBID: 1092880 #LI-CELLA#LI-RK1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
