Job Description

A top-ranked national builder is hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale hyperscale data center projects across the U.S. With a reputation for excellence in high-tech construction, this firm is a go-to partner for some of the world’s largest and most demanding digital infrastructure clients.

This is a traveling role ideal for a seasoned field leader with deep MEP and structural coordination experience, who thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Direct daily jobsite operations, overseeing all trades to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Critical Systems Coordination: Manage complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and white space construction.
• Schedule Management: Maintain and drive the project schedule in alignment with field logistics and delivery goals.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary on-site liaison for client representatives, inspectors, and consultants.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce a culture of safety, ensuring all site activities comply with federal, state, and company regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including at least 5 years as a superintendent on large-scale mission-critical projects
• Proven expertise in managing hyperscale data centers or similar high-performance facilities
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, sequencing, and commissioning integration
• OSHA 30 certification and a deep commitment to jobsite safety
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally for extended project assignments
