We are seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst with deep configuration experience to join our team. This role will focus on Workday configuration , security administration , business process administration , and system migrations , with an emphasis on SOX compliance and security best practices . Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute deep configuration of Workday HCM business processes. Support Workday security administration , including role-based/user-based access controls and SOX-compliant configurations. Own and manage Workday business process administration ; continuously optimize for efficiency, compliance, and user experience. Support data migration efforts within Workday and other HR systems. Partner closely with HR and IT teams to implement Workday changes that align with functional needs. Troubleshoot Workday system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend/implement corrective actions. Stay up-to-date with Workday enhancements, security standards, and industry trends. Qualifications: 5+ years of Workday experience with a strong emphasis on configuration and business process design . Proven experience in Workday security administration , with understanding of SOX requirements . Prior involvement in migration projects involving Workday or other HR systems. Hands-on experience with Workday EIB templates and data loading using advanced Excel. Strong documentation and project coordination skills. Must be comfortable working with sensitive data and ensuring system integrity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Workday certification and consulting background preferred but not required.
