• BLS required\n
• BILH Coversheet Required\n
• COVID Vaccines + Booster (declinations not accepted)\n
• Active MA license required at time of submissions\n
• Local candidates required\n
• Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months\n
