Job Summary

Our client is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to perform equipment maintenance, assist with warehouse upkeep, and operate forklifts and manlifts as needed. Ideal for someone mechanically inclined and safety-focused.

Job Description

• You’ll perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility equipment, including conveyors, wire/cable spooling machines, and systems, through use of hand, pneumatic, and power tools to ensure minimal disruptions to the business
• Prepare mechanical maintenance reports, records, and process daily and weekly findings
• Identifies root cause of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing equipment
• At times, when directed to do so, assists with organization and cleaning of warehouse areas, including cafeteria, offices, and the grounds
• Operate a manlift when needing to reach conveyor areas higher than 8 feet
• Operate various forklifts as needed
  

Skills Required

• Knowledge of conveyor systems and hand tool usage required
• Ability to work from sketches, drawings, and blueprints
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent

Additional Requirements

• Steel Toe Boots

• Shift Hours: Mon to Fri, 10:00 pm – 6:30 am

Pay Rate/Salary

• $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
