You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and will be paid weekly at $21.00 per hour. **How you create impact** + Make recommendations to improve operations and processes + Operate material handling equipment + Lead a team of Warehouse Associates + Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe + Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment + Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property + Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program + Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped + Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations + Be available to work overtime and weekends **What we would like you to bring** + High school diploma or equivalent + 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment + At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role + Forklift operating experience + Basic technical and math skills **What's in it for you** There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
