Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all aspects of weddings and special events, from initial inquiry to event execution Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget Conduct site visits and provide guidance on event setup, decor, and design Create detailed event timelines and manage event budgets Coordinate with various departments (catering, banquet, audiovisual, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of events Oversee event setup, including seating arrangements, decor, and audiovisual requirements Supervise event staff and external vendors to ensure exceptional service and adherence to event timelines Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process and on the event day As a Wedding and Special Events Manager, you will have the opportunity to turn dreams into reality and create magical moments for our guests.
