Position Summary: As a member of the Global Technology Services (GTS) team, the NetSuite Consultant will play a pivotal role in the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of key NetSuite Order to Cash workflows.. This role is critical in driving process automation, enhancing subscription billing workflows, and ensuring system scalability to meet the demands of a dynamic, high-growth subscription services, multi-subsidiary, and multi-currency environment. With expertise in NetSuite Order to Cash & Subscription Billing configurations, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Billing, Go To Market (GTM) operations, to deliver seamless, integrated solutions that align with business objectives. Additionally, you will work closely with various business stakeholders, to identify challenges, gather requirements, and implement scalable solutions that drive operational excellence. Duties/Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and design tailored NetSuite Order to Cash workflows, custom fields, revenue based saved searches, dashboards, and reports. Collaborate with key revenue stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with business growth. Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications such as Salesforce, Stripe Develop and maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks like SOX. Stay updated on subscription billing trends and recommend system improvements. Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives. Required Skills/Abilities Possesses a minimum of five years of experience in NetSuite implementation, administration, or consulting, with a specialized focus on subscription billing. Demonstrable proficiency in the design and implementation of NetSuite subscription billing solutions (ex - Zone Advance Billing, SuiteBilling, Zuora) Exhibits familiarity with Salesforce to NetSuite integration and NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management, 606 reporting. Knowledgeable regarding SOX-compliant systems, internal controls, and global compliance requirements. Experience supporting high-growth or international companies with complex financial operations is strongly preferred. NetSuite certifications, such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics, or ERP Consultant, are highly preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
