• Position: Automation Anywhere RPA developer
• Location: Santa Clara, CA
• Experience: 4 to 8 years only (this is a B2 band hiring, don’t share 10+ yrs profiles )

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement scalable automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 .
• Build bots to automate high-volume, repetitive tasks and optimize existing automations for performance.
• Develop bots using event-based triggers (email, file system, database, etc.).
• Integrate with third-party applications, including SAP , REST/SOAP APIs, and databases.
• Implement proper exception handling, error logging, and audit mechanisms in all bots.
• Maintain bot performance metrics using Bot Insight and manage bots via the Control Room .
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance policies.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support for deployed bots.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (preferably A360; experience with V11 is a plus).
• Strong understanding of the full RPA lifecycle , bot deployment, and control room activities.
• Experience working with event-driven triggers , not limited to scheduled/time-based bots.
• Hands-on integration with SAP systems — beyond PoCs, real-world implementations preferred.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python , VBScript , or PowerShell .
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs , and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging skills, and the ability to answer scenario-based challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other RPA platforms like UiPath or Power Automate .
• Exposure to AI-powered automation or intelligent document processing (IDP) .
• Knowledge of bot security , credential management, and scalable bot architecture.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
