We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application/Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Salesforce and supporting business applications. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally to improve system workflows and support end users with application and IT needs. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data management. Design and implement Salesforce Flows to automate and enhance business processes. Collaborate with business leaders to understand workflows, recommend improvements, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions. Provide general IT support for desktops, applications, and Microsoft Office products. Assist in managing and supporting SaaS applications (e.g., RingCentral, Concur, Acrobat). Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues across supported applications.
