Vice President, Loyalty Marketing
Min Compensation: USD $148,500.00/Yr.
Max Compensation: USD $178,200.00/Yr.

The Vice President, Loyalty Marketing is responsible for development and implementation of standards, procedures, and formats for the overall management of player/guest database profiles, leading data-driven strategies to maximize player acquisition & retention, manage the Database Team to execute system builds for property database marketing, promotions, and events, while staying compliant with gaming regulations.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Database Marketing team in support of all Live! Casino Hotels.
- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness of patron communications through maintaining standards and procedures for database, development, controls, and maintenance.
- Oversee guest communication schedule including, but not limited to: Direct Mail, Email, App Notifications, Player Portal.
- Own and implement the player lifecycle strategy with a focus on optimizing profit by adjusting for reinvestment and competitor programming through leveraging player data to segment audiences, personalize offers, and drive targeted marketing campaigns.
- Utilize A/B testing and data analysis to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement marketing programs to drive incremental gaming and non-gaming revenues, increase market share, and profitability.
- Provide reporting and analysis of promotions, special events, and direct mail in partnership with the Planning and Analysis Department.
- Work with IT, Marketing Analytics, and other areas, as deemed necessary, to develop procedures for tracking gaming play, and effectiveness of promotions and events.
- Manage department's financial data.
- Review database activities with each property's GM & Marketing Leader.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior.
- Ensure database marketing is compliant with gaming regulations and internal controls.
- Work with department managers and leaders in establishing Live! as an active member of the Community.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills to Help You Succeed:
- A broad variety of tasks and deadlines require an irregular work schedule.
- Knowledge in developing and maintaining major quality, and quantity databases.
- Computer proficient with extensive experience with PC-based systems.
- Proficient experience using relational databases
- Proficient experience in querying languages/tools, specifically MS-SQL.
- Experience building reports using BI tools, specifically Microsoft Excel & Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and campaign management.
- Ability to multitask to hit tight deadlines on high volume communication schedule.
- Working knowledge of advertising agencies, direct mail houses, and digital direct marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
- Ability to travel.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years' experience in data base systems and equipment for high volume business or industry with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role of people and processes.
- A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by multiple lottery agencies.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work extended hours across all shifts in a 24/7 work environment.
